They were fantastic! 1/3 the price of the cactus doctor! Our saguaro got sick and had to be removed. This was our second one. After the last experience we had with the cactus doctor we were dreading it. Az cactus experts were nice, professional, and clean! The dug up the roots and sanitized the whole area. You can’t tell there was any work done here at all! We highly recommend as cactus experts and will use them in the future (hopefully we don’t lose anymore Acarus but if we do they are our go-to)!!! Thank you for being so awesome !

I had a leaning giant saguaro...called Claudia. She sent a quote immediately and scheduled for the next day. I had to reschedule twice and she happily accommodated me. The guys arrived on time and got right to work. We made changes to the existing plan several times as the guys worked. Again, they did it without complaint. And even recommended some things that saved me money! I am so pleased with them that I will definitely use them again in the future. Very professional!!!

Does not buy skeletons and can hive no resource to sell my I do not like rude people I asked a question and they said they had no idea and don't buy cactus

This company is terrific. I had an old saguaro fall over, and I wanted to act quickly to save an arm and replant it. A.C.E came out the next day and right on time. It turned out that we couldn't keep anything to replant due to bacteria. They peeled the cactus so that I could dry it out and save the skeleton. They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris.

I reached out to them on February 10th regarding our Old Man saguaro that had suddenly started to lean significantly more than just the slight lean it had before the last rains. I was hoping we could straighten him up... Claudia emailed me back that same afternoon and asked for photos so they could assess and give me a quote. Sadly, our old guy couldn't be saved. He was rotting from the bottom and was going to fall. So we set up the removal and they came out yesterday (Sunday). I cannot say enough good things about the level of skill this crew has. It was Claudia and one other guy ( I didn't get his name) They had the big guy down and out in about 2 1/2 hours. And they were so careful about it as well, they cleaned up everything and filled in the hole and spread out the gravel. Claudia showed me the rot at the base of the cactus after it was out and explained to me how it would have most likely taken another month or less before it came down on it's own. When they were finished, you couldn't tell there had ever been a big 100 year old cactus there. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them. I will call them in the future for any cactus issues or replanting.

I absolutely love AZ Cactus Experts. They came over to our house on 1/27/24 to cut down a big saguaro in our front yard. After doing some research and calling around other businesses, I found AZ Cactus Experts to be the most professional, reasonable, and friendly. Their customer service was amazing. English isn't my first language, and Claudia was so understanding and patient. She was friendly and made sure everything was organized and ready to go. All my neighbors were asking about them, and I had to share their info. I would most definitely be using them again if I need cactus removed.
